LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington Health Lexington is celebrating 25 years of caring for patients in the heart of town.

The community medical center opened in August 2001 as Lexington Medical Center Lexington.

Today, it houses an urgent care center, outpatient surgery, imaging and offices for physician practices including:

• Lexington Health Physical Therapy
• Sandhills Family Medicine
• Lexington Podiatry
• Carolina Pulmonary
