The LMC Gilbert team is very proficient. They work so well together. Upon arrival, I was greeted with wonderful caring front desk staff; next I hardly had sit down until Dr Cooper?s nurse called me back. She took two of us back, having me wait on couch. She came back, heard my issues and had lab test performed. Next, Dr Cooper showed concern and examined me explaining what I needed to do. Upon discharge, the front desk staff asked if I needed anything else before leaving. You do not get better than that teamwork.

About Dr. Cooper
A Columbia, South Carolina native, Kenya Cooper, MD, earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She then completed her residency at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, South Carolina, where she served as co-chief resident.
Expertise
In addition to completing her family medicine residency, Dr. Cooper has been evaluating and treating patients at Self Regional Healthcare’s emergency care center and urgent care clinic and volunteering at the Greater Greenwood United Ministry’s Free Medical Clinic.
She also achieved certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support, advanced life support in obstetrics, fundamental critical care support, neonatal resuscitation and pediatric advanced life support.
