Dr. Groff graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Biola University in La Mirada, California, and earned a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She then graduated cum laude from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lillington, North Carolina, with her medical degree and completed her residency at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, South Carolina.
