  Cierra O'Neal is very patient and thorough when she explains things to my mother, always making her feel included in the conversation and that the conversation is one on one with her even though she is cognitively past the point of that being possible. Cierra always listens to our concerns and does what is in the best interest of the patient. She makes she the the there are no unnecessary meds being taken which a lot of doctors don't and also looks for interactions and issues with meds could have with other conditions. Fantastic medical professional I highly recommend

  Cierra always helps me making informed medical decisions regarding my health. She gives me the most encouraging, but yet truthful feedback. She lets me know that I am not alone and she will be there to help me through everything no matter how wild I may feel like my health is at times, she never judges me. I will continue to come to the office even though Aetna is not accepted. Your provider and staff shine through and make it worth coming as self pay and that says a lot! [...], Cierra's nurse, always cares about me and remembers me. She always asks how I am doing from the last time and I truly believe that she cares with all her heart! I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that [...] and Cierra are taking the best care of me and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my healthcare!
