  I didn’t know what to expect and coupled with urgent care and ER having conflicting lab results, I was worried that I may be brushed off or put on the back burner to sit in uncertainty for a long time. However, I was treated with great courtesy and I felt my concerns were heard in their entirety. I left with reassurance concerning [...], a follow up evaluation of [...] and a plan of action for including future appointments in the next couple of weeks and tips for monitoring my situation in the meantime. Her care allowed me to confidently address my family (especially my mom) and calm everyone’s nerves. I’m especially thankful for the ease of getting an appointment. I’m the primary caregiver for [...]. Even though I do not have a resolution, I’m far less worried about something happening when we’re alone, so we can maintain most of our scheduled outings. So far, I’ve been made to feel that if there’s something wrong, it’s going to be found and addressed. And if there’s no cardiovascular diagnosis, it will because there’s no issue and not something overlooked for want of evaluation. Also, the lab tech who drew my blood is a marvel. I’m not sensitive to needles, but even considering that, having a completely painless draw is a rarity.

  The staff was above & beyond I was late because I live in the northeast & the roads are a mess on I-20. The staff worked me in. Your staff is outstanding I have no complaints. The Nurse Practitioner ordered lab work because I had not had any since last year. I knew I had to have lab work regularly due to my diagnosis. I was a [...] and I knew the staff didn’t have to work me in. Thank you for caring.
