Dear Cigna Healthcare® Patient:

We want to provide an update regarding the status of our ongoing contract negotiations with Cigna. Lexington Medical Center has been in active discussions with Cigna for several months, working in good faith to reach a fair and sustainable agreement that ensures continued access to care for our patients. However, our status as an in-network provider as of January 1, 2026, is in serious jeopardy. If you can change insurers, we recommend you do so to avoid potential disruption of care and higher out-of-network costs.

What You Can Do:

• Discuss your coverage options with your employer and consider selecting a plan that will be in-network with Lexington Medical Center on January 1, 2026.
• Contact Cigna to express your desire to keep Lexington Medical Center in-network.
