I want to thank Dr. Kutyla. I've been battling this issue with my toenails for many years and have been told all sorts of things, from just thick toenails a ila to ugly nail disorder. It's been treated with all sorts of stuff and now finally after seeing him I'm starting to see a slight difference. Looking forward to the next step towards getting my nails back
Dr. Kutyla and his staff are always kind and supportive to me. They really listen to my concerns and answers all my questions when I ask them about the situation about my feet and how I can improve and keep them healthy.

Dr Bearden diagnosed my issue, performed some shaving of the area, then provided a multi step treatment plan if the problem should I have any further issues.

Dr. Copper is a nice sincere guy. He explains things to you so that you are able to digest and understand it. A lot of professionals, not just doctors, look or talk down to their clients (patients). Dr. Cooper is a compassionate and great doctor.

Excellent bedside manner. Explained in terms I could understand and offered suggestions for overall foot health beyond this appointment. Made a stressful appointment very pleasant and pain free with no anesthesia, just skillful technique. I was worried the procedure would be painful.

Dr. Karli is an awesome Doctor. She has the best bedside manor. She is patient and gentle. She includes you in any plan/care you need. She takes the time to explain things to make sure you understand. She is very caring.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information including demographics and insurance, if you are a new patient, have a new problem, and if we have not seen you in this office within 6 months. If you arrive late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without at least a 24 hour notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you've had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7-10 business days. We normally review the test results with you at your next scheduled appointment. We will contact you via phone or MyChart with an update if we are changing your treatment plan.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Health care Power of Attorney forms may be executed with our Guest Services department at the Main Hospital. Please contact Guest Services via our Action Line at (803) 791-2342 and they will assist you. We do require an up-to-date Healthcare Power of Attorney for all disabled adults unable to make and/or communicate medical decisions before we see and treat the patient. If you have a minor patient and someone other than the guardian is bringing the child for treatment, we will need either a Healthcare Power of Attorney on file or satisfactory communication from the guardian ahead of the appointment.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
