The fracture liaison and bone health clinicians at Lexington Rheumatology support this program, which offers a variety of in-house services such as X-rays, on-site DEXA scans and infusion treatments to manage osteoporosis.
Our clinical team collaborates closely with each patient’s personal physician to determine the appropriate treatment plan to increase range of motion and improve quality of life.

Dr. Ching is absolutely and by far THE best provider I have come in contact with at LMC. She is not only a clear expert m her field but she listens and can explain things in a way that don’t make you feel less than. She speaks with authority and authenticity. It took a bit of time to feel like I was not just a number, but I think when Dr Talip knew I cared too, it totally made a difference. Another good thing- from the beginning, he didnt just throw meds at me as if I was just a number. He started with simple, low dose stuff. So he could find the right regimen for me. Less med is always better if it works. Im happy to have him :)
I always get wonderful care and feed back from Leah. The nurse was great/lab/x-ray employees great as well. And can't forget person @ check out, very helpful and polite.

Recently I came in to see my physician assistant, Leah Byrd for what I believed was a flare up of PMR. After sending her a message on "My Chart" thankfully I was able to come in and see her the next day. Leah listened closely to ensure she knew exactly what type of pain I was having, where it was located and how long I had been experiencing this pain. This was my third time over the last 20 years that I had experienced this condition. After Leah ordered a blood test, exray's, and a Prednisone "type" injection and started me on a Prednisone taper I am thankful to say the pain has totally stopped. I am very thankful for Leah and her detailed yet kind way she approched this diagnosis and treatment plan. I have to say I have seen multiple medical personnel in my past but Leah tops the list of some very good professionals. Both her and the entire staff put you first even though I'm certain they are very busy.
Dr. Martin is very thoughtful and open to any questions that I ask her. She is always ready to help in any way she can, and tries to think outside the box. I appreciate this very much. Her staff are always extremely pleasant as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
PA Austin Villarrubia was amazing! He was prompt, prepared (had already studied my records), professional and friendly - and very knowledgeable about my condition. I quickly had confidence in his competence and ability to provide options and guidance on treatment options!

She has a wealth of knowledge about my autoimmune disorders and is great at answering my questions . Everyone from the medical assistant to the phlebotomist to the checkout person were very good!

Dr. Alisangco takes time to listen and then provides recommendations, based on the information you give her as well as her examination, that are easy to understand and follow. Even though I had to wait in the lobby a while and then in the treatment room a while, she took time to be with me and did not seem rushed.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
