The nursing staff was just as wonderful—professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen, explained every step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their calming and friendly presence made a huge difference.

Dr Pham is wonderful ! She includes her patient during her explanation of treatment & really listens to her patients. She is very up front with you & down to earth. Iam so happy to be her patient!
I feel my doctor listened and provided solutions to help me feel better. I appreciate her listening and taking my concerns serious. My only comment is she speaks kind of fast, so for us older people we may need it a bit slower, but I was able to understand her and it was just a minor thing.

Dr. Pham in just one visit has surpassed all other doctors I have seen in my life so far. She actually listened and seemed engaged in working with me on a path forward. I am a person who doesn't like to go to doctors because the bulk of doctors I have experienced so far go about their jobs like the patients are machines and not human. Dr. Pham is the best!
I tell EVERYBODY about Dr. D! He is the most sincerely caring doctor that I have ever met! He takes time to listen to my concerns and engage in conversation as to how WE can work together for me to be healthy! He is the MOST AMAZING Doctor that I have ever had and we over my heathy health conditions as well as my medications EVERY single visit to be sure they are doing as they are supposed to do and whether any need refills. He also is considerate to hire staff that are caring, loving and show patience while we are being treated! Dr. D is one of my BIGGEST Blessings. I’ve been going to see him for 30 years.
Dr. Pham is amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and is the ONLY doctor who has ever really heard me. She asks good/relevant questions and is genuinely interested in what my thoughts are concerning treatment plans, how I'm feeling, and overall what's going on with me. I have complete trust and confidence in Dr Harvey. He explains everything in layman’s terminology but also includes medical terms. He’s a great listener.
PA Ray was who I saw, as NP Allen was out of the office. During my time with her, she had a poor attitude and acted as if she was put out that she was having to see a patient that wasn’t hers. Upon asking questions regarding my care she was very snappy and rolling her eyes. It’s very disheartening coming to a practice you have been apart of for quite some time and you’re already anxious about seeing a new provider, then the provider coming in acting that way.
Everything was explained and communicated to where I understood what was the problem and her recommendations for treatment and recovery…gave me a referral for therapy..requested a follow up with primary care physician
It's hard to find a care provider that you can feel comfortable with. Mine is both knowledgeable and makes me feel like she gets me and that she cares. I pray she never leaves or goes farther than I can travel to get to her.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
