As healthcare professionals, we often maintain high standards that are rarely met in today’s clinical environment, yet Dr. Gressett consistently exceeds them. Having previously experienced the “age-bias” that often leads to diagnostic dismissal, I found her thoroughness and refusal to ‘pass the buck” incredibly refreshing. I finally felt seen and heard. Furthermore, the seamless, professionalism and kindness displayed by the entire staff from the front desk to the clinical team is a rare find. You have a truly exceptional team.
