  If your chronically ill. A lot of medical providers will judge you before tou step a foot in the office. She did not. She is very professional and explains things well.

  NP Kim was not concerned about the pain she needlessly inflicted even after I let her know how much it was hurting. She continued on until I had a huge bruise on my forehead that can still be seen there. I kept on with the session because I needed the Botox for my migraines. I have gotten these treatments for several years without this kind of pain. She gave me my last Botox injections without this kind of treatment so I had no idea it would be this way with no concern for the way I was feeling.

It means a lot that she listen to my concerns, and provides care based on what she sees and hears, reads in the record, and overall she listens with an understanding ear and heart. She wants the best for the patients she sees. I have long admired that!
