If you are having respiratory issues, our pulmonary rehabilitation specialists are here to help. We’ll work with you to develop a rehabilitation program that meets your specific needs—so you can manage your condition and breathe easier.
We’ll look at your airways through a thin viewing instrument called a bronchoscope. Our patient education videos explain what to expect before, during and after your procedure.

Dr. GHENT has always been outstanding with the CARE and compassion he shows on my visits. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to understand. I would go to no one else.
The doctor never once looked me in the eye when speaking to me. He was late for my appointment as he hadn’t arrived to the office. Never once when coming in did he apologize for the wait. Poor bedside manner!

Dr. Erin Hays is amazing. Her concern for my health is outstanding. Her bedside manner is unsurpassed. She made me feel as though I were her only patient. She did not act hurried or rushed in any way at all. I have commented to others about how good she has been with me. Lexington medical Center needs to clone her for all medical specialties.
Appreciate especially that the doctor thought to mention weight as a possible contributing factor in my sleep apnea. I didn't think I was overweight enough to have it make a difference. Always nice when a physician tries to solve the underlying issue instead of just treating the symptoms. None of my other sleep doctors have done that. Approach didn't feel awkward either, well done!

The doctor was arrogant and rude. My appointment was at 2:30 and I wasn't seen until 3:25. No explanation whatsoever with what was going on. The doctor acted like I was a burden to him and he wanted to get to his next appointment. Don't think I will visit this office again

Dr Burnside is a credit & asset to LEXMED as well as her RN. They both make you feel your the only patient they have that day & take time for a lil personal chat before medical business. The personal touch they give patients is very uncommon in today's time.
It’s always a pleasure when I have my yearly check up with Dr. Monk . He is always pleasant , helpful, supportive and friendly when I come to my appointments. When I have questions he answers them clearly and explains to me when I do have questions.

He showed little interest in engaging in conversation with me regarding treatment options. His bed side manner was lacking greatly. I do not plan on continuing to return to this practice for care.

Dr Seawell really seems to care about me and has been very thorough about trying to pinpoint what is going on with my breathing difficulties through questions and lab tests. I was impressed from day one.

Dr Dayrit was the most through doctor I have been to see in a long time. He looked at my records, asked questions, and used the report from my breathing tests to show me what the report meant and explained it to me very well. I felt that he was really interested in my ailment and how best to treat me.
Have already provided referrals to Dr. Hays. She is GREAT. I took my son with me (because my wife doesn’t believe that I will ask her questions!) Dr. Hays took the time to answer all of his questions as well.

I finally got a pulmonologist who genuinely cares about me when I got to see her in clinic I felt like God has sent a band of angels down to let me know I was finally in the right place with the right Dr for me.
Dr. Arya was exceptional. Having cancer has meant being seen and treated by a whole host of doctors. But he was different. I felt at ease, safe and confident as soon as he came into the room. He laid out the plan in a clear, definitive way, he answered my questions directly and without any deflection, he gave me complete confidence in his abilities. I wish I could say that about all of the doctors I have seen, but I most certainly can’t. He truly is exceptional. Lastly, he called me personally to give me my biopsy results. That was deeply appreciated. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. And I would follow him to any practice he went to if I needed further care.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
