She was so humble and listened to everything I had to say without making me feel like I was an inconvenience or dismissing my concerns. I was very pleased with her and the office. Okay so I cannot remember the name of the doctor I saw, but I do remember that he made me feel safe, comfortable, and most importantly, he listened and I felt like he actually cared. I came to Dr. Toussaint’s team in pain and with reduced mobility and was treated with care and concern. Following a quick and accurate diagnosis, I received a lumbar fusion and the excellent level of care continued. From history and physical to exceptional surgery, prescribed physical therapy, and subsequent follow up, I couldn’t be happier or more grateful. I still can’t believe that within 10 weeks of surgery, I was walking long distances and able to travel abroad - all pain-free. This is a great team!

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
