She was absolutely wonderful! I was so nervous to see a new provider and she made me so comfortable. She educated me on my body and I felt great when I left.
Dr.Douglas Addy always have and still is great doctor. I've been with Dr. Addy since 2012. He's also the doctor of my daughters and other family members.
I felt like the concern was being brushed off as a common problem without understanding that this is a scary time for the patient experiencing the problem.
The singular best experience I have ever had with a doctor. The nurses were beyond amazing, Dr. Rachel was amazing, the front desk staff were amazing. I felt heard, valued, and cared for for the first time ever at a doctor. Can not praise or recommend enough!

One of my reasons or procrastination for seeing an OBGYN was that I felt that it was all about getting paid and no concern about my health or my well being. I also have not felt comfortable since my weight gain since I have moved back to Columbia [...] but more so in the last few years and she made me feel comfortable in getting my exam. For that I am grateful and appreciative.
Dr parker and nurse [...] showed impecable patient care. Honestly it was the best care i’ve ever received at a gyno. They were caring, showed empathy, were genuine, and helpful. Dr. Austin was great. I just moved to Columbia at 35 weeks pregnant and I’m thankful he was willing to take me on as a patient! I felt very comfortable at my appointment!
Dr.Linfert is the best! She’s so easy to talk to about your care and she makes going to the gynecologist easy and ensures that her patients are comfortable.
We love Dr. Addy because of his dry humor and he seems to be very concerned when we are going through things. I think the practice overall should give packets of some sort to new expectant moms. Everything I learn involving “what to expect” comes from the internet
Typically Jennifer and I chat and I don't have questions. I actually filled out the questionnaires with two questions I was concerned about: [...]. She heard my questions, gave me minimal responses and left. The visist lasted both more than 7 min, with exam included.
Dr Cyrstal Y. Johnson is an amazing Dr. She is very calm. I was able to talk about all my concerns and she patiently explained all options to me.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
