  Dr. Van Horn not only listened intently to my amalgam of symptoms, but also took copious notes. That same afternoon those very detailed notes appeared in MyChart, enabling me to access a very accurate description of both my cardiovascular health as well as my own reported concerns. He was knowledgeable and approachable. I Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

  Nurse that assistant me doing my bp and ekg, was very polite and professional. She listen to my concerns . What impressed me was her honesty. She didn't pretend to have knowledge of things she wasnt familiar with she didn't give me her on personal opinion . Instead she said she will address my concerns with the Dr and let him know. Dr Van Horn awesome . He addressed all concerns I had . He took his time with me and apologized for the waiting time for my appointment. He is sooo nice and polite and very knowledgeable talking to professionally but in a way for me to understand. Thank you Lexington for having such great people in your staff!

  The physician care I receive at LMC is on a totally different (higher) level in comparison to 99% of the (mostly great) care I received in [...]. The 1% is my hip surgeon whose care was totally pff the charts, right up there with LMC. Dr. Van Horn represented, even after I arrived later than the 15-minute no-show window. (I drove slower because I was concerned about my car making weird sounds. Thank you!)
