Stephen Platte, MD, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology from Augusta College in Augusta, Georgia. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Augusta University Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Before joining Lexington Medical Center, Dr. Platte served as an emergency physician at Aiken Emergency Medicine Physicians, LLC, in Aiken, South Carolina.
