After his residency, Dr. Lee completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California, where he trained and worked with team physicians for several professional teams, including the Los Angeles Lakers, LA Dodgers, LA Kings, Anaheim Angels and Anaheim Mighty Ducks, LA Galaxy and the University of Southern California.

Board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, He is also a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. 

Background

David K. Lee, MD, graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Buffalo in New York. After receiving his medical degree at Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, New York, he completed his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he also served as chief resident.
