  I love this medical office. The employees at the front desk are professional and friendly. Dr Cottingham listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them. She spoke to my husband so he could give a better explanation regarding my current memory loss that I’ve been dealing with. It’s affected my ability to work and sometimes communicate effectively.   Dr. Cottingham is a great physician, however, I sometimes feel like I’m at an Urgent Care, where she is hurriedly trying to get to her next patient. My appointments feel rushed. I feel that she should slow down and connect better with patients instead of typing in a few prescriptions and sending you on your way.

  Bedside manners was poor which is outside of the norm for this provider. May be something was going on that day. But she was very impersonal and short. Cutoff and didn't even care to take a look at my physical that I was explaining.
