Dr. Chapman is the best PCP I’ve ever had. He remembers me and what had been going on in my life from past conversations and he always includes me in my care. He explains things to me in words I can understand which makes me feel confident in my care. I moved about an hour away but I refuse to find another provider because it’s hard to find a good doctor that I feel comfortable sharing my health concerns with.

About Dr. Chapman
James M. Chapman, MD, graduated from Clemson University with a degree in biological sciences and earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. Before completing his family practice residency at Valley Baptist in Harlingen, Texas, he served in the South Carolina Army National Guard.
