Dr. Harris graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She then completed her residency at Augusta University Medical Center, where she treated Level I trauma patients at its Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center.
She recently cared for patients at the Medical University of South Carolina’s Level III trauma facility in Orangeburg.
