Nurse Practitioner Christine Barrett was very kind, gentle, knowledgeable but most importantly she has great personality, very likeable and grateful sense of humor. I would recommend her to everyone.
Dr Rawl is one of the most professional care providers I have ever worked with. She has great concern for patient concerns. Answers all questions with insight as to the patient’s concerns. A+ in my opinion.

Dr Rawl was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and informative. She explained everything in such detail concerning the diagnosis, options and what to expect postoperatively. I was extremely impressed with her and she calmed my nerves immediately. Too bad she mainly does surgeries, or I would change my physician to her! She is exceptional and came highly recommended! When I first went in the people was very nice when I met the doctor and the nurse that was very nice he was considerate of my problem with my ears and everything and he will be doing them for me in 2 weeks he had to get some antibiotic to go on my ears so they can be okay he care about his patients Dr Brown thank you very much I would recommend him to anybody that need help
Dr. Heaberlin (ENT) was very thorough and patient. He explained EVERYTHING in a way I was able to understand. He took his time answering and explaining without making me feel like there was a rush to complete my visit.

Dr. Heaberlin is by far the best doctor I’ve encountered in my 59 years on this earth. His bedside manner, patience and friendliness is beyond measure. I’ve recommended him many times and will continue to do so.
Dr Rawl and her team were incredible at taking care of me and ensuring that my concerns were heard and my questions were answered. Due to Lexington Medical and Cigna parting ways in Jan 2026, she was able to perform my thyroidectomy before the contract ended. I appreciate her and everything she has done for me. Both Dr. and Christine Barrett, FNP-BC were very attentive and knowledgeable. They explained in detail why I didn't have the scheduled hearing test, but scheduled me for a more invasive procedure to help determine how to relieve the symptoms/issues causing the health challenges I currently have.
Dr. Rawl gave me excellent information that was clear and easy to understand. She also made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns or wanted anything else from her. I felt reassured and very comfortable with her.

Dr. Used medical terms as was. Showin the ct, I am a lay person not familiar with medical language so I asked if he could explain in terms understandable. And he did.
Excellent team. Very impressed. Everyone worked so well together. They made a special effort to work me in after Lexington Urgent Care told me to go straight there because he thought he saw something complicated in an ear infection. The NP and doctor saw me quickly despite my lack of an appointment. Their expertise ruled out the complication and they made sure I had the right medication. I started feeling better exactly when they said I would. All members inspired confidence.

Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
