I feel that she doesn’t take the time to get to know me as her patient I just feel like I’m another body in here. I feel that she isn’t very empathetic and if she is, she does not express it or show it and does not try to understand me and where I am coming from.
Everyone I saw was very nice and Attentive. I saw several people because I am having back surgery next month and I had to have several tests performed. All of the people were very nice and they all offered caring words for me for my surgery.
Love our doctor, she has grown on us. We trust her for all our care as well as Lexington Family Practice and hospital. You just do better and provide great care.
So thankful for this locating in Cayce, S.C., I had took a bad fall early in the morning. Became scare a few hours later for my body begin hurting. The staff was so kind and put me at ease as I was x-ray, no broken bones, just bruise bad, Doctor was very patient and understanding of my needs, Thank You Thank You.
Griffin Tafel was excellent for a new patient appointment. Answered all my questions and they prescribed me a new medication that alleviates the leg swelling of the previous meds. Great visit. X-ray tech and blood tech were awesome
Dr. McElveen and Nurse were amazing from the very start. They took extra care with my sister in her condition. They listened thoroughly and treated her with kindness and respect. They were also very sensitive to my needs as her caregiver. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a primary care physician. Completely satisfied with the service!

when the doctor came in, She was very very good. She listened to us. She sent us for the test that need to help us find out what’s wrong. She responded on the patient portal to let us know the findings of our bloodwork and what to do next so we were very pleased with her. She was very understanding and listen to what we ask and the things we said about how we’re feeling so yes I would recommend this and it’s very nice to find a doctor that listens to you

Dr. Bailey is a very good physician. He listens intently to concerns and develops recommendations to meet any medical need. He’s very thorough. The other staff at this location and also pleasant to interact with during a visit.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.

Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
School excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment, or the patient or parent/guardian (if a minor) calls the office during business hours on the day the patient is absent. If the patient is absent for more than two consecutive days, an office visit will be required to get an excuse for the absence.
