Dr. William Strickland takes time to treat patients as individuals and listens to concerns, questions, and explanations with attentive patience. He always explains very clearly using analogies or examples to clarify understanding. He is diligent to follow-up and be certain that patients are responding to care and treatment and is willing to work us in whenever there is an unexpected issue. This is a phenomenal practice that I highly recommend to others.
Provider is very attentive to my needs and concerns. It’s hard to find a Provider who listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan that is attainable
Dr. Bailey addressed my primary concern and then he counseled me about my [...]. He expressed genuine concern and offered me logical, practical advice. He took extra time with me because he knows the background of the situation. He was empathetic and kind.
Dr Strickland is such a personable and caring doctor. He makes each patient feel as if he/she is the only patient he has while efficiently assessing the situation. Then he calmly guided the patient through the best possible treatment. We highly recommend this exceptional young man!
My NP is great! Takes time to review my chart before visit and keep up with hall my current other oncology doctors and hospital visits . She has a very comforting way that makes me feel at ease.
Dr. Strickland and his team of professionals have always been there for me, giving me the medical advice to keep me on the path to staying healthy and living the best possible life I can. I thank God for sending me to them.
Ms. Davison is truly sent from above. Since becoming my provider, she has consistently shown genuine compassion and care for both me and my health. She takes the time to listen and makes me feel supported, which I truly appreciate. I?m very grateful for her dedication to my well-being.
Cares and listen to my concerns and never talks down to you make you feel like you’re talking to a friend
I would recommend this provider to anyone that is looking for a new provider
Mrs. Hilton is an excellent physician. I think she is honestly the best physician I ever had. She listens and take cares of my medical concerns. I had an infection in my left middle finger that swollen up. Today the swelling went down and I no longer have a fever. Making an appointment was very quick. Clean facility, and excellent support staff.
After having a fear of the doctors office for nearly 10 years, this was a great experience. I did not expect to be treated with such compassion, understanding, and genuine respect from the staff. They took my anxiety seriously and made the experience great! Also shout out to whoever was doing the bloodwork — they made the process painless and were extremely nice!
My visit with Dr. Hilton was frankly the best care visit I have had in ny life. I am quite used to feeling brushed aside or rushed by doctors. I feel Dr. Hilton was very careful and intentional in her questions while establishing care; and was happy to answer questions regarding my existing health concerns.
Doctor did not really display of real care. This was a 1st visit and she seemed distant. Didn’t really try to extract pertinent info. Felt disappointed and no personal connection. Just robot like and little attempt to really get to know me. I had expected more of a caring attitude. I just told myself it was I was a new patient and she hadn’t established a bedside manner especially after telling her of the fear I have of doctors and a recent bad experience.
I feel that she doesn’t take the time to get to know me as her patient I just feel like I’m another body in here. I feel that she isn’t very empathetic and if she is, she does not express it or show it and does not try to understand me and where I am coming from.
Everyone I saw was very nice and Attentive. I saw several people because I am having back surgery next month and I had to have several tests performed. All of the people were very nice and they all offered caring words for me for my surgery.
Love our doctor, she has grown on us. We trust her for all our care as well as Lexington Family Practice and hospital. You just do better and provide great care.
