I’m very impressed with the quality of care offered. And especially the time given for my appointment. The entire staff is very caring and help me understand the steps in process. Parking is easy and the building is very nice and easy to get around then. Thank you.
Ms Milling immediately puts one at ease due to her friendly personality. She is very knowledgeable and shared info with me so that I could be part of the solution.
Dr. Wicker and the entire staff at IMA have always provided exceptional care above expectations. I have been a patient at IMA since the early 1980's. Since moving to the Upstate 5 years ago I continue to travel back to Lexington for the care and trusted care provided there
Dr. Mullen is amazing. She knows her stuff and she does her best to give me options. She keeps me informed and listens to me as well. She hears me and talks with me. She is the best.
Gretchen Collum NP has been an excellent provider. Knowledgeable and informative,
she is attentive and listens to what I have to say . She also explains everything to me. I always look forward to my visit with her because she is so positive , encouraging, and kind. Thank you Gretchen . [...]
I have enjoyed getting to know my care provider, they include me in making decisions about my healthcare and they do not try to push me into things that I am considering.
This was my fist time seeing Dr. Armstrong as he's not my main primary care physician but I really liked him! Today most visits feel so transaction & he actually seemed like he cared. He listened thoroughly and walked me through with explanations. I would highly recommend this doctor to others.
I love Allison Milling. I have never felt more seen by a Healthcare provider. Whwn I came to this practice she made me feel like I was more than the next patient in line. She listens, and without her I probably would not have a diagnosis, and a treatment plan that has given me some of my life back. I am grateful for her and would and have recommended her to my Husband, Children, and Others.
Was seen by a new physician being introduced into the practice. We did a brief look over of medical issues and I asked her about results of blood work and we discussed and will do follow up with labs in a few months. I was satisfied with the new physician.
I was so pleased. It was worrisome being a new patient after having being a patient of another physician for a long time but the staff and Dr Mullen were wonderful
She was nice and sweetest doctor that I've had a long time. She did real good and she concentrated on what she was doing telling me everything and listened to me. Thanks a lot. I needed a new doctor
The whole practice experience has been exceptional. Even the nurses , technicians, and clerical personnel have been outstanding. I had a terrible experience with previous group and this was a refreshing change
Dr. Collum is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable providers that I have ever seen. She always makes sure to ask me how I am, gives me time to respond, and inquires about my life. I feel like she is truly invested in providing me with the best healthcare possible. I am grateful to have her as my provider!
Gretchen is always prompt. If I reach out through my chart, she doesn?t leave you hanging. I always get a response. I highly recommend her to friend?s and family.
