Very short wait time! MUCH improved over two years ago! All concerns were well addressed and options discussed in a straight forward manner. Patient input was fully and respectfully included in all discussions . The office atmosphere was one of professionalism, honest concern and made the patient feel a valued member of the team not just a client. I have recommended Lexington Urology to many people and will continue to do so.
Dr. Beasley is the best urologist to have. I have been his patient for at least fifteen months years . He suggests treatments based on past medications and what has and hasn't worked for you. Dr. Beasley listens and he cares.

Dr. Rac was very helpful in helping me understand my concerns, was very open and explained things in terms I could understand. He went over diagnosis, treatment plan and assured me over & over about his plan for treatment. All staff were very nice.

Doctor Rac was very professional. He had excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. He shook my hand, smiled, did not rush the appointment and thoroughly reviewed my CT scan results. I was very impressed with Dr. Rac and would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well my visit went. Both the medical assistant, who took my vitals and the nurse practitioner who questioned me about my reasons for the visit as well as questions regarding what procedures I had in the past, put me at ease.
He appears to be quite young and has a great deal to learn about dealing with older patients.
His attitude seemed to be that I am 80 years old, so just get used to it.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
