Dr. Willard and Nurse have been treating me since 2021. Since my first visit with them, they have been extremely professional, courteous and caring. They have given me the feeling that they truly care about my health and well being. Dr. Willard always takes the time to answer any questions I may have and always in a manner I can understand. I truly believe they have my best interests in mind and I actually look forward to my visits with them.
Doctor Rac was very professional. He had excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. He shook my hand, smiled, did not rush the appointment and thoroughly reviewed my CT scan results. I was very impressed with Dr. Rac and would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well my visit went. Both the medical assistant, who took my vitals and the nurse practitioner who questioned me about my reasons for the visit as well as questions regarding what procedures I had in the past, put me at ease.
He appears to be quite young and has a great deal to learn about dealing with older patients.
His attitude seemed to be that I am 80 years old, so just get used to it.

Dr. Beasley was interested in what I had to say and was very clear of how my procedure would go. The only thing that disappointed me is that I went to NE from Lexington to see him because the scheduler told me he was associated with as n ASC in NE, as my provider directory indicated the same. He apologized and said he did no work with an ASC in NE, so I was redirected back to West Columbia to see the new “stone guy”.
I appreciate Dr. Yunker’s candid demeanor and to the point discussion. Though it’s difficult to look forward to the next visit, I do look forward to working with him.
Dr Hugar is excellent - professional and personable.. He carefully and patiently listens and provides thorough answers. He explored numerous exams and tests to ensure accurate diagnosis and follow up.
Laura did an amazing job was very thorough and caught things that have been missed by other providers in the past. It's the first time I feel like I was heard and that my issues are moving towards an answer.

Dr. Rac is a very great, as doctor and a person. He takes time to listen, and answer questions and give his honest opinion. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
Dr. Lamb is an exceptional physician with incredible attention to detail. He has scheduled me in several different times to fix my recurrent issues. I have never been cared for by a physician like Dr. Lamb. I was expecting to be seen by an APP during my follow up appointments, but instead, Dr. Lamb has agreed to see me time and time again.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
