Benefits of Routine Care:

  • Establishes a baseline of care.
  • Prevents common diseases and illnesses.
  • Detects problems before they become a major medical concern.

Annual Exams

Regular check-ups help catch disease in early, treatable stages.

Well-Woman Physical Exams

Starting at age 20, your doctor will check your height, weight and blood pressure. They’ll also perform a breast exam every one to three years.

Colonoscopies

You’ll need to get checked regularly, starting around age 40–50, to detect early signs of colon cancer.
